Entry Form
If you would like to enter your work into the exhibition, simply print and complete an entry form using the links below. There are two different formats available, so make sure you choose one that can be viewed on your computer. Once you have entered your details, simply either post or deliver the completed form, along with the entry fee, to either of the addresses stated on the form. The closing date for entries is the 4th August 2010.

The best way to view and print the form is to right-click on your chosen format and select 'Save Link As...'. This will then give you an option to save a copy of the entry form onto your computer to be printed at your leisure.Please make sure you read the Regulations page before completing your entry form!
