Regulations
Entry forms, accompanied by the required fee, must be submitted by Wednesday 4th August 2010.
Late entries may be accepted, space permitting, at the Committee’s discretion.

No exhibitor may submit more than one entry per class.
1. All entries are to be the exhibitor’s original work and not shown in the Pershore show previously. Art exhibits should be mounted and/or framed, as appropriate to the medium used. Photography exhibits should be mounted only, as the exhibit boards are not strong enough to support frames. All exhibits must be marked on the reverse with the exhibitor’s name, the title of the work (if any) and the medium used.
2. The halls will be available from 9.00am to 10.00am on Saturday 7th August 2010 to receive exhibits. The hall will then be closed to allow judging to commence at 10.30am with only judges and authorised officials allowed to enter. Public admission will be from 12 noon.
3. The decision of the judges will be final regarding the merits of the exhibits and the decision of the Committee final in all matters connected with the running of the show.
4. The judges have the power to award prizes only when exhibits are considered to be of an acceptable standard.
5. Whilst the Committee will exercise every possible care, they will not be liable for any loss or damage and exhibits are accepted at their owner’s risk.
6. Prizes will be awarded at 4.00pm in Pershore Town Hall.
7. No exhibits are to be removed until after the prizes have been presented, unless by special arrangement with a member of the Committee, but must be removed by 4.30pm on the day of the show with the exception of the prize winning art entries which will be displayed (subject to the artists' permission) in Pershore library.
